Coach Will Lind

Coach Will has a history of endurance sports performance. He has raced as a road cyclist at a national level in the Australian National Road Series and spent time as Australia’s top Obstacle Racer. In contrast, most of his time spent running has been for the pure love of the sport, but has recently returned to competitive mountain running.

With a rich breadth of experience, Coach Will brings specialist strength and conditioning as well as biomechnics insight to his coaching. He is a full time Personal Trainer, and the co-owner/founder of Pure Will, a family of fitness services including the Pure Will Fitness Studio, offered in Queanbeyan and Canberra.

Coach Will can be found guiding groups through the pristine New Zealand back country during RunAways trips (another business venture operated with his close friend and local kiwi business partner).

A mostly vegetarian, naturally fueled athlete, Coach Will’s deepest love is for the steep, harsh mountain country.

Coach Shiree Yap

Shiree has a background in physiotherapy, is a mum of 4, and moved into the Fitness Industry 4 years ago as a Group Fitness Instructor and personal trainer.

She found her love of running 6 years ago, progressing to several half marathon events. Twelve months ago she discovered trail and mountain running and this is where her true passion lies. Since then, Coach Shiree has participated in several trail events, the UTA50 her highest achievement to date, finishing 15th in her age group.

Trail running and her love of mountains has also taken Shiree to the mountains in New Zealand with RunAways, with multiple trips completed she has spent time in some incredibly unique locations.

Becoming a running coach with Pure Will Running has just been a progression of this passion and her ultimate dream, to encourage and motivate others to find their love of running.
