Will is a great running coach. Non judgmental, full of wisdom and enthusiasm. His passion for running is infectious! I now do ParkRun and can hear Will telling me to stand tall etc and I’ve been injury free for ages now! I can’t imagine there would be anyone who wouldn’t benefit from running with William Lind and his team.

NOTES:

  • NEW Strength Training for Runners is available to any one interested in the sessions, not just existing Pure Will Runners. Register for strength sessions in the same way you would for run groups.
  • Strength Training sessions are the same fee as Coached Group Run sessions.
  • Term 4 length is 9 weeks long
  • Each term is planned with a progression of run intervals to steadily develop fitness.
  • Every session includes coach notes on specific details to help your run progression, especially technique but also nutrition, training and gear.
  • Every session includes run training, generally interval training, to supplement runner’s existing training programs and develop improved fitness outcomes compared to programs with no intervals.
  • No prior experience necessary.

After confirming your preferred time/location (and/or Strength Sessions for Runners), complete the enquiry form below or email shiree@purewill.com.au. We will respond with an Induction Form and payment information (and/or answer any questions you have).

FEES

  • 9 x Week Term $108 (9 sessions in total)
  • 6 Session Flexi pass $84 (6 sessions in total, expires at the end of Term)

*Sessions are up to 60 minutes long.
Fee is for 1 x session per week.
Session transferable to different day if you miss one

I took the plunge and started Functional Running Group at Jerrabomberra with Coach Laura. I am super inexperienced and was nervous as hell, however I took the plunge (with the encouragement of my friend Coach Shiree) and went along on Wednesday night. I absolutely LOVED it! Laura is awesome and fun and it’s definitely designed to suit the most inexperienced beginners (through to the pros).
